Hi!
I'm having some problems with the sound of these movies!
I know they're both AC3 but somehow the old mp3-sound of my older movies is much louder!
Porobably a codec-conflict, or?
Problem is I don't know which audio-codecs I already have installed...
Someone tell me please how to find out and which codecs I need to have installed...(and which to remove)...
thx in advance

as far as i know this is a common problem. you can adjust your volume settings in the ac3 settings.

Well, this hasn't been really helpful so far...
I'm not a scene-pro and I don't know where to turn vol. up except in wmp and my speaker-symbol in the tray Wink
I just want some decent sound and I can't understand why a 2CD-AC3-rip has worse sound-quality compared to a 1CD-mp3-rip...
Help. Please, guys!

If you have the AC3Filter from here: http://ac3filter.sourceforge.net/
just do this:
Open "Control Panel", and you should see the AC3 icon, open it and in the "Main" tab move the sliders of "Master" and "Gain" all the way up. That should do it. Also, check that your speaker config is set up correctly.
