I'm getting sick of resizing the screen everytime when I use tv-out on my widscreen tv.

Hardware: Asus 9800xt 256mb
Software: Win xp pro sp2 en, Omega Drivers version 2.5.97a, Win2K/WinXP drivers

I've tried widescreen resolutions in the control panel together with 16:9 on my tv but it just lets me scroll around (tv just shows a part of the desktop). I've tried lots of combinations and I can't get it to work. I've also read on many forums that this problem is very typical and I can't find any answers.
Like many others do I have to use a 4:3 resolution in the display properties and then expanding the screen on the tv manually when I'm watching tv.

It would be very helpful if someone has been able to get true 16:9 on their tv out or if someone has some tips or solutions. Thanks.
