I did look at these and The first link is related to driver issues which my problem is not. The second link is for language selection also not my issue.
The last link I did look at and I have attempted the crack mention in the post but still receive the exact same problem. I figured posting my exact issue would possibly help. I'll read through the last link again and pay more attention.

Yah I know I've been around long enough to know. I just got lazy last night and wanted to try the game out for about 15 mins before I went to bed.
I've read about 10 pages of the technical thread and I'm getting quite confused though. So many different methods I don't know which one applies to my image. Gonna have to try a bunch of methods when I get home.
