Google for EBCD. That should help.
There are also other tools that do this kinda thing very easly. I doubt I'm allowed to help any further.

nice... so If I use that CD, will it just bypass my brothers login screen and not affect any files on the computer ???

ALSO, a COOOOOL way I found was, BOOT the computer in SAFE MODE... Select the Administrator User Account and select the Users part and remove their password (you can also block them from putting a password on)

There is also a classic process with Knoppix and decrypting involved to descramble the password (best, but it takes time). Then there is also this:

Well... maybe not bypass, but more likely reset/change. Honestly I have not used that cd for that purpose yet. Didn't have a need too. I did play with this excelent tool made by some polish H4X0R. The name escapes me at the moment.

To log in as administrator without booting into safe mode, just press Ctrl + Alt + Delete at the login screen, then you can type in the user you want to log in as.

You can only do this after a boot, not after someone else has logged in.

That depends on wich log in screen you are using. If you use the traditional from Win2000 you can log in as any user you want. To show up the administrator in the new XP login screen (i always disable this crap) you have to press Ctrl+Alt+2x Delete.
