hi i just dloaded a 4gb tar file . the file contains pieces of rar file. when i try to extract tar file it gives me error saying that the archive is corrupt.. is there anyway to recover the working rar pieces from this tar file so that i will only have to dload few corrupt pieces.
i doubt that the problem might be in the first 100mb i dloaded.
problem solved. i dloaded firs 100mb again and then i splitted 4gb file into 100mb a piece and then i replaced the first 100 mb file from the downloaded data and then i joined them all together again. and it worked.
feels good to recover a 4gb file.
