Every time I use that I ask myself the same question. Is this a pink dancing elephant or a dancing pink elephant? What comes first? Now there are lots of places where I could turn to to look for the natural order of adjectives such as thus



According to that helpful little chart (that order too is determined by the chart) it should be pink dancing elephant. But shouldn't adjectives of a more permanent nature get precedence and be closer to the noun being qualified? The state of dancing is a transitory state and the elephant could stop dancing any minute but he will still be pink. So in my mind it's always a dancing pink elephant. Razz

What does a pink elephant have to do in relation to drugs

A friend of mine use to see elephants when he do drugs. But he mixes alot of stuff. The kinda guy that take what he finds Razz One time I didnt know he had taken anything, but he suddenly got death scared (and no, a look like that can't be faked) and he said there were lots of elepahnts outside, in different colors. He could also see them when he closed his eyes tho...

Iv never done drugs so no ide what can happen. But there might be something in his head that triggers off elephants when he does drugs, no ide Razz

Well, Ive done every drug that makes you hallucinate around and ive never seen elephants.

I dont know anyone who's seen elephants. Midgets, clowns, demons, angels, etc those are common

I always see pink stuff when I have been up for 3 days/nights on some crap speed...normally its all the porn i watch or the Mrs ass and boobs jumping up and down

I think the pink elephants were before dumbo.

I loved that movie. I got to watch in one the plane. I felt bad for his mom when all the kids started to make fun of him and she went nuts and got locked up. I had tears. I think it was the wine.
