OK so my problem is that every couple of days I can't play call of duty 4 on live . If im trying to look for server i might as well just burn my xbox in the oven cuz it cant find a server even after 40 minutes.. I can ask a friend to invite me to a game but then my ping is so low that its unplayable. And the most annoying thing is that this problem is completely random - on some days all is fine and dandy and i can find servers within moment and play with perfect ping. also I can play other games online when COD is having its periods.
Last time i could find a server was 2 days ago and the only event that could trigger it was me installing avg and avast on 2 PC that are connected to the same router.
Here's some info:
My xbox is wire connected
My internet connection is 1.5 mb broadband
The nat type is open
My firmware is 1.2c iextreme set on slow/silent
Im using a router
The game is Call Of Duty 4 USA XBOX360 burnt on verb with all the normal settings
Signature/Avatar nuking: none (can be changed in your profile)
