Build 219 Release Notes:
- SPTD 1.53;
- Added Agent command line options;
- Added adapter starting on new virtual device's creation via tray Agent or
shell extensions;
- Added internet connection settings;
- Added new languages;
Bugs fixed:
- Shell extensions did not appear on x64 platforms;
- Shell extensions bug which caused Explorer crashing;
- Disabled SCSI adapter was restarted on application loading;
- Agent crashing;
- Adapters management on Windows Vista (enabled UAC) under administrator;
- Application could not be activated in case Internet Explorer was in
"offline" mode;
- Supported images list initialization if both SCSI and IDE adapters were
disabled;
- IDE adapter state changing issue on Windows Vista;
- Application running problem on systems with Intel controllers in RAID/AHCI
mode;
- vIDE adapter disappeared after rebooting;
- vIDE issues on some 32-bit Windows Server 2003 systems;
- Some GUI performance optimizations;
- "Add images" dialog issues;
- Some minor GUI bugs; |
No mention of anti-blacklisting, but I am sure they fixed that.

Hmm, it seems there is a 10-day trial. I was talking about the free basic edition of Daemon Tools Pro.
EDIT : No download link there, just comparison of the different versions.

I fear there's only a buy option for 219 standard/advanced 
Since in the meantime i wanted to update my dt lite with new sptd (1.53 up to now), but the relative page on daemon home lists only 1.50, perhaps do u know if i can safely upgrade the old sptd with the newer one ? Even if that release it's not mentioned in the dt lite homepage ?

And yes that's the reason because i wanted to try upgrading sptd up to 1.53 experimenting with a game that uses Tages (Stranger).
I'll let you know when i'll finally do that test.
If you do it faster would you post back if it worked ? tnx

Update : in the stranger thread it seems that with DT lite 4.10 with SPTD 1.53 games with tages like Stranger work !!!

I have tried this 4.30.0 lite version on XP32 and Vista64 and it doesn't handle the Securom mini images anymore. Grid, The Club and Frontlines Fuel Of War worked on previous versions but with this version i just get a 'please insert original disc instead of backup' meassage.
