I was wondering who could use "Caligula" in a game probably completely unrelated to it.. not a surprise here
The premise is somewhat interesting, but the game doesn't look like it is.
Title, video thumbnail and actual gameplay look all different from one another.
But it still unites as shit so it's ok.

I'm a sucker for this "hidden reality" trope so will definitely give this a try. Also, written by Tadashi Satomi who wrote the early installments of Persona (1,2,IS,EP)
Not getting the complaints. The anime and in-game stuff look exactly the same in the way that Persona 5 does.
. . .I'm also not getting the "IT'S SHIT!" vibe at all, at least not from that brief synopsis. Honestly I think some people on this forum are just here to be contrarian and nothing more.

The Vita version was a complete technical disaster that's why most automatically assume this will be shit as well despite it being a elaborate remake on far superior Hardware, i mean it can still turn out shit but probably not for the same reasons as the Vita version.
The Caligula Effect: Overdose will launch for PlayStation 4, Switch, and PC on March 12, 2019 in North America, March 15 in Europe, and March 22 in Australia and New Zealand, publisher NIS America announced.
