Has to do with your version of The Witcher and which crack you use, i had the same problem. Can't give you specific details because i simply don't remember. GL

HAY THANK YOU GUYS...I solved problem..yes..problem was about patch 1.1..when i installed without patch it works fine..thank you..game rocks..so if any expiriance this problem just instal patch 1.0 or without patch..it work for me..tnx again

You do not have to uninstall the patch for this problem. Just throw away the player.ini file that came with the crack and that you pasted in your The Witcher/System folder.
