it looks the same as FEAR, same weapons, looked like the same characters...i did see 1 or 2 new weapons...im sure multiplayer will be ruined by cheaters like FEAR...sounds good, ill download the demo

Um ok, did anyone else feel some Deja Vu through the first half? I swear the scares and locales you go through for the first 6 mins of the demo were from the previous expansion.

Second, this demo was basically a show-case of the new weapons, which are a grenade launcher (never seen that before Rolling Eyes ) and a more powerful scoped rifle off the "new" enemy. Same as any other rifle, this ones just red and does more damage.

Third, this game is starting to look like fucking lego's/tetris to me. Square block, rectangle, etc. All the geometry and level design is from the stone age.

Same shit that came out a long ass time ago, matter-o-fact i wanted to quit the demo partially through. This game doesn't entertain as it use to. Sad

Fear 2 looks much better, but even that has extremely similar gameplay to the original.

What do you expect? It's done by the same developer that did the previous expansion, just a bunch of yahoos milking the cow. I am surprised some people here even bothered downloading the demo for this crap.

Upcoming PC games 2009 and onwards

I'm not going to 'buy' this one, but will most certainly buy Monoliths offering. I stil play the original FEAR multiplayer. From the demo though the new rifle is way overbalanced... if this game is going to have online MP too I don't see any point in using any other gun then the new one. :/

If you’re a fan of F.E.A.R. and have just been looking for more of the same firefights with a couple of new weapons and enemies, then you’re probably going to find Perseus Mandate fun. If you’re looking for something new or compelling and some flahy sound or visuals, don’t bother.
