I actually wasn't that hot on buying it until I read the Eurogamer review, as I was expecting a silly little experimental game, not something as polished, complete and fully featured as this. Everything about it puts a huge big fucking smile on your face, and I just love it when game developers put in the small (and often pointless) details like being able to move the fairy's wand around while loading the game. If you want some grounding as to the gameplay read the Eurogamer review mentioned earlier. Then log in to the PSN store and buy the damn thing because it's utterly fantastic... mad, indecipherable and extremely cheap (at less than £4). |

did you even bother to read eg's review?
if you didn't, you have no business expressing your opinions about the game, because they're based on nothing.
if you did read it and still had such a reaction about a game that "inspires creativity, curiosity and simple, careless glee" and "makes you a child again", you're pretty much braindead.

no, you don't have to like it. it's ok not to like a game, for a variety of reasons out of which you mentioned none.
maybe you "get" what the game's all about and you don't like something about that. maybe you were just too lazy to say that you're not a fan of objective-less games or that you don't like the art direction, etc. maybe, but if so, you didn't show that. you just showed a reflex reaction of rejecting stuff in the typical way that people do when they can't manage to fit something into a familiar category.
anyway, you should expect half baked "opinions" like "this is crap" to be easily mistaken for stupidity.

It's on the american psn. You should try to make a second account and take a look at the US PSN. |
