I just used this guide to flash mine, worked like a charm.

Guide is pretty new, you do have to register on their site for it, but it was the best guide i could find.

Thanks tihkal, and yes sorry mortibus. While we're at flashing the benq.
Should i flash the benq the iprep way, or do it using dosflash?

I did the iprep way, however either should work. Iprep worked like a charm for me though. Mine actually deviated from those directions a bit. I didn't have to turn my console on and off multiple times per dump/flash.
When i would resend MTK, it would be sitting there waiting for me to turn it on. Well once i did, it went right to dumping or in the next part right to flashing. I didn't have to turn it on and off multiple times for that to happen just once per part.
FYI:
Not sure what sata chipset you have but supposedly it has to be VIA or nForce. I used the nForce 3 chipset. I know people have done BenQ's with nforce 2 and 4 as well.
Good luck!
