It's not chronic, it's due to the stress of the soon-to-follow exam session :<

Insomnia is a medical condition, generally speaking people diagnose themselves as having insomnia anytime they can't sleep for more than a day or so. The actual condition is pretty rare.
Stress is the most common thing people actually have that causes a lack of sleep, since you know that you are experiencing stress I wouldn't worry about, if it lasts for more than a week you should see your doctor as sleep deprevation will not help with you exams.
Read not to contradict and confute, nor to believe and take for granted, but to weigh and consider.
To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the world.
In all your remembering, remember that you have choices

Do Deelix we don't have AM/PM here. We all go on the 24 hour clock.
It's now 08:38. I'll go to bed at Fortteen Hundred hours.

We use 24 hour clock at my work and I must say it's quite better than 12. No more confusion between 7am or 7pm if someone forgets to write the letters
