|
 |
Here we go again...dam ruptured disc...or something. Have had this before but never woke up with it. Its pure white pain. Woke up at 4 PM screaming!. It's just a matter of a millimeter to the left or right, sort a bending your back that is, and it just PURE PAIN up your spine, hard to explain if you never had it.
Had to call in sick to day, will be home in the morning as well. The Doc came over at around 1 clock and simply gave me some HEAVY pain killers.
Went to sleep for like 2 h (what a bliss that was) Supposed to go for an x-ray later next week. But I know what the deal is, ruptured disc etc, my mom had it as well, she said the pain is worse then having a kid, and that's on morphine .
It will pass, I know it will, and I will probably be back at work on Monday. But I curse my back, and wish I was a bit more spineless... (that is said with a stiff upper lip, believe ,me )
I wont go in to details as to how I got this, but it has to do with work and a pretty anal boss...way back. And I was stupid enough to be intimidated by him and moved that dam table...ALONE! yea it was the mother of all tables...believe me. I could hear that something crackled in my back, but again...way back.

Almost sounds like a "diskbråck". There is good surgery for that.

. Cheers guys!. Well its not really age related, not in my case. I had a "incident" at work (mentioned in the 1st post) Had to move this dam table alone...long story, I was maybe 29 years or so. Since then I get this crap like 1-2 times a year. And yea, it is probably "Diskbrock" "Ruptured Disc", but I am shit scared when it comes to doctors etc. They might find other crap while they are at it
I guess most of you Scandinavians have seen "Arn Tempelriddaren" in the cinema already, read that its so so. But the books rules and also the documentary with Jan Guillou called "Arns Rike" get it! its out there!. Its 5 episodes about the origins of Sweden "Sveriges Vagga". A lot of stuff I did not have a clue about, and i like history and stuff. Anyho get it if you have not seen it, but its only in Swedish.

Maybe just a pinched nerve? I had worked for a moving company many years ago 17+ yrs. Anyways, this guy is pushing a wooden crate with a giant rug in it off the back off a flat bed semi, onto my shoulder. The weight was so much, it split my abdominal wall just below my zyphoid process, upper abdomen. Ever get numbness in any fingers? or restless tension radiating from the neck and or shoulders?

if i visited hospitals when i should've i'd be fine same with everyone here we're mens men! We fall down a flight of stairs, we limp away smiling. Our jackets get covered in vomit, we smile and fabreeze the shit out of it. We accidentaly get hit by a car, he lie and moan and cry until we can move again and then sit back in a wheelchair and laugh at it!
Men endure pain! We're good at it!

Is it your upper or lower back? or your Right or left.
I find streching really helps. With the arm forward but not hard.
It is from that fall right? |
many falls
