why not just save your time and download some high res pics of her? its seriously not worth sitting through a 2 hour long boll-fest just to see loken.
im just going to see the film for 2 reasons
1: just to see how bad it really is
2: because i didnt like dungeon siege as a game, so i dont mind seeing them butcher the licence.
aaaaand, i guess reason 2.5: misc interest to see how the fights are given that it DOES have some decent actors in it, so their fighting sequences might be almost decent, and also to see how the visual effects/makeup/practical effects are... i mean as shit as the original bloodrayne was, the visual effects guys actually did a decent job... far beyond what a boll production deserved.

What do you mean 'let?' He funds his own movies, so he apparently makes enough money to keep going.
The proper question should be "why do actors still agree to participate in Boll movies," but I guess money makes people do crazy shit. |

yeah i still cant get over that... bolls reputation is obviously never going to attract any actors... his films ALWAYS do badly and get negative receptions from EVERYONE, and i cant believe he has THAT kind of money to negate those issues and bring in well known actors...
i mean shit, statham... that guy still has a future ahead of him in the industry, and i think hes a kickass actor... whats he doing messed up in this crap.. i cant believe his agent let him do it, and i cant believe this guy WANTED to do it unless hes a monumental fucking idiot... kristianna loken... shit... riding high from t3 which she did really well in, and was a massive high-exposure production, and managed to kill her career with boll... i mean whats she doing now? i spose its good though, her acting career will go so badly now, she'll be doing porn within 2 years id imagine...
i really cant see any reason for actors to keep coming to this guy, the money cant be that good to ruin their careers over... what do you guys think... witchcraft, or blackmail?

Yeah, but you haven't got a reputation to uphold. It's nice when some actors have enough self respect to avoid shit like this.
Take John Malkovich or Nicolas Cage, they used to be somewhat respectable, now they're just jokes. Although I admit Wickerman was good for a laugh.

Lol that was a joke of course, i havent finished watching one bolls movie, they are pretty terrible. And whats wrong with Russian movies? i understand not every movie is a masterpiece, but i like a lot of them, if its wrong im sorry. Idi i smotri, brigada, brat, sestry, i know these movies are not the quality of black sheep or something, but we are getting there. If you are talking about newer movies, then i partially agree, they are like hollywood trying to mask a bad story with special effects.

I haven't seen too many Russian movies per se (Day Watch and the sequel was crap), but anything from Tarkovsky (STALKER, Solyaris, et al.) as well as Zvyagintsev's The Return is magnificent.

I thought day watch and night watch was good for one watch. But yeah, those movies are special effects driven rather than the story. But i stopped taking those two dudes seriously a long time ago, they seem to like to trash everything in sight without being objective, well IMO.

wait wait... so your saying dungeon siege is a classic and great film... because at 8/10, thats the kinda region your dipping in to... this is like coming out.. once you say it, and everyone knows, its impossible to come back from... you'll be branded as a boll licker forever...
waiting for a dvdrip on this to see how it turns out... im relatively unbiased in my hate for boll and his lack of care for movie-making, so if this movie is honestly good, ill say it is, but i seriously have my doubts... will make another post after dvdrip is out and ive seen it....
