Holy shit...trailer actually made me somehow...someway...at least a bit...hopeful? I know I am shocked to even say that with how the series has declined from the classic it once was, and everything else, including being published by none other but the Antichrist(atari).
Anyways yeah it is still a slim hope. But a trailer for a Horror game filled with walking down long dark corridors and exploring seemingly empty buildings to the tune of spooky classical soundtrack? WTF. I can't hardly remember a trailer for anything marketed as "horror" NOT involving monsters jumping out of closets, bloody scenes of limbs being torn off, laughingly generic demons, loud blaring crappy nu-metal, ect ect ect.
Besides that, I also love the inventory system. If nothing else(the game bombs) hopefully other devs get the idea that invisible and infinite inventories should be a thing of the past.
And does it look to anyone else like this game has puzzle aspects to it? Nice that they bring that back to the Alone series. Even if they are rudimentary, it is a nice break from slashing/shooting at everything that moves.
All in all, Awesome trailer, for once. Of course game could still be shit but for what it is worth my interest in this game went from 0% to something equal to 'hmm..'

the video where the guy gets in a car and drives in the park, the enemy jumping at the end is so shite animation i was shocked at how bad it was. game looks very clunky to control at this point, cant believe they released that park trailer.
