In an interview compared with GameRush frank Rooke van Monolith have indicated that Condemned 2: Bloodshot beside Xbox 360 and Ps3-versie, also a pc. version will get.
This happens however after the game has ended up on both game computers. Monolith want, as it happens, see what the result eventually will produce and what there then possibly improves can be done. A real port it will not be therefore, because according to reports the pc. version gets more improvements and extra's. Rooke said about this the following:
“Condemned 2 come in this form indeed only on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 from, the PC. we are not however to forget. We want the game later, and in a something other form also for this platform brings out.”
Will get the template later.

I loved the game 10000%, smashing the shit out of people and tbh it was one of the most scary games I have ever played. Lost count of the ammount of times I was crawling around rooms one step at a time checking every corner only to forget to check one ; the one which a blunt object wielding psycho flies out from and scares the shit out of me.. before proceeding to bash me to death whilst I pick up my pants.
Keep in mind that it might take 6 months or even more before it hit PC. Since no game sites are talking about C2 on PC, it probably means that SEGA just started to talk about porting it
First one was awesome, even if it was somewhat "obscured" by being released little time after FEAR, and was ignored by many people, but imho it was much better than fear: better story, atmosphere, gameplay (meele fighting rulez!) and better use of the lithtech engine.
Well actually 'press start' is not a console tm but the arcade one, the consoles just kept it when they ported arcade games to the console, and again the arcades probably stole it from something original like 'the twilight zone'.
Ahh I crapped my pants to this bit when I played it. It was dark, I had been playing all afternoon, I was focused right on the screen in silence, then wham.
I think the moment when you get hit by a plank and fall down the stairs is pretty good too (similar to the beginning of FEAR where you get hit by Paxton Fettel also with a wooden plank or sth)
But yeah...taking the picture of a "dead" guy and making the zoom-in really was a great scene.
''Well checking the official Sega forums it has been confirmed by Monolith's Frank Rooke that Condemened 2: Bloodshot will be coming to the PC after the console version.''
''Also in a interview GameRush (dutch tv program) asked Frank Rooke about a condemned 2 pc version and he responded by saying that it will be released after the console version and in a different form (probably including improvements and maybe new content)''
Holy shit, awesome!! I'd completely missed this thread! Condemned 2 is an excellent game for the 360, maybe not as "eery" as the first one, but definitely worth a play-through (though it's a shame Greg Grunberg didn't repreise his role as the the voice for Thomas)
