Gearbox Software knows a thing or two about soldiering—its Brothers in Arms games have even been used to recreate key World War II battles on the History Channel. With those kind of qualifications, it seems like they’d be the perfect developer to tackle a game about Marines. Make that United States Colonial Marines. You got it—Aliens: Colonial Marines is invading consoles and PCs in 2009. aliens is my favourite movie ever, so of course ive been looking forward to this like crazy, but its a pity monolith isnt doing it - theyre still planning on another avp though right? wonder why noone gave them the aliens franchise, you just know they'd do a freakin amazing job on it... but whatever, bring it on!
only thing that i hate about this is that its going to be another port... ugh...

All this talk of fucking and aliens reminds me of that scene from AVP2 where the predalien injected like 10 chest bursters into the womb of a pregnant woman, and then they all burst out at once. That was fucking awesome.

Hmmm didn't it inject it into her mouth which would most likely end up in her stomach and not her womb?

You gotta be kidding me - there was nothing awsome about that movie at all. Just a pathetic waste of time (and in some cases money) while destroying the Alien/Predator concept.

I never said the movie was awesome. Just that one scene. The movie itself was just braindead action with no horror or suspense, and giant plotholes all over the place.

i didn't came as far as the end credits. I stopped watching like 1/3 of the movie and deleted the xvid and since then pretended "avp 2 does not exist".
what was i talking about again ?

This could truly be awesome, no game i have played have ever come close to the first hour of avp2 when it comes to building up tension, that shit was brilliant!

they are pre-rendered and retouched and then (some) blurred it looks like. But i doubt a single one is actual real-time rendered.
