Is there any way to view a profile which is set to private? Or perhaps view the comments on a private page? I want to read someone's profile/comments but I dont want to be on there friends list, is it possible?

 stalker  google their page and look at it through cached... i think that'd work. worked for a friend long ago. not sure about now.

dont worry its purely legit, there is a girl I liked for a long time, just want to pop into her profile to find her marital status (if shes single) before I go meet up with her again, lol.
I tried the firefox user agent thing and it works but not with myspace. This is impossible! grrr

I dont use facebook or anything but it seems every facebook profile is automatically private unless you get accepted as a friend. I just want to look up people from school and see if I'm doing better or worse than them, or if the ones we called gay really are gay now. I dont want to talk to them just snoop around.

there are privacy settings, someones profile can be set to open to everyone, open to people in your network (cities, school etc) or just friends.

But you can't view people's pictures and stuff without being their friend? On myspace if it's public then you can see their pictures, blog etc. but on Facebook all you can see is a thumbnail pic.

Don't think its possible on either tbh. It was possible but myspace have fixed all the exploits, and to be honest, it wouldn't suprise me if they had hired people to google all day long for "myspace privacy hacks" etc so they can fix new exploits as soon as theyre public.
Well, the chick im after is indeed single. Turns out, she was making out she was taken so her ex was either jealous or so he thought she had got over shit easily. I don't know what goes through girl's heads sometimes but lol..

I dont get it why ppl think hookin up with someone else to get back at someone is effective.in the end the person caring that much and puts that amount of effort into things looks dumb imo
