Is there a way to download XBLA games to your PC, then burn them to a disc and play them on the 360? Or the only way of playing them is buying them from the Marketplace?

unless there is official release of arcade game packs which includes something like 5-6 games which u have to burn on DL and they sure as hell don't take same space on your xhd

yeah burned two different live arcade disks.. and was like how the hell can they take over 6GB... ah now I get it, a fucking HD trailer of Viva Pinata. Dono if I should cry or laugh

With some arcade games it's possible to download and burn them like demos. Prince of Persia Classic for example.
