I don't see anyone mentioned Unbreakable, which I think is one of his best.
I also loved The Sixth Sense, I thought the Village was cool, but Signs didn't do the trick for me, the last half/the ending totally sucked ass for me.
I have yet to see Lady in the Water, but I should get around to it sooner or later.

I have actually enjoyed every Shyamalan movie (yes, even lady in the water). There is just something in his movies that ties them together and keeps you interested.
