WTF is it possible that i keep on finding crappy pc vendors ?

I premise that for choice (mainly time and guarantee on the parts) in the last year i begun buying pc already assembled.
That said, i though i would have found much more easily a valid pc vendor, instead ...

Two PC ago i found a shop that wasn't able to making the win2k os recognize hd larger than 127 gb ... after two weeks he admitted the problem, we made a search together (the guy didn't even understand english) and found the fix ...

The last PC was hilarious (well in reality i didn't have much fun at the moment) because this other "20 years of exp" stoned pc vendor/assembler wasn't even able to find a suitable psu for my system, after two tries i had to go shopping and buy an enermax liberty to help him out, and passed the day before christmas night together to help him finish off my rig.
Lately i had to install some auxiliary fans because the case ventilation wasn't excellent and my 7950 gt temp was often over 85 °C !

Then two weeks ago i found another promising shop vendor, a moderately big one in Italy, with nearly a thousand of shops all over the country.
I chose a quad core with an asus p5b se mb, 3 gb of ram and a msi geforce 8800 gtx.
All for the interesting price of less than 1200 euro.
Wow i said, i asked for the specs, i was a bit skeptic about the case but they assured me (papers at hand) that it was a nice and thermal efficient one.
Now it comes the funny part (i take it in this way otherwise i will take a shotgun loaded with salt and shoot everyone in that fucked shop).
I arrive at home, i pass some days to configure the machine and reinstalling all my software ... than nearly at the end of this process, when i smell playing with the new pc ... i decide to run some diagnostic tool ... motherboard temp in idle 45 °C uh ! cpu temp in idle 55 °C UH ! gfx temp in idle 65 °C UUHH !
I opened the case ... an unbelievable assembling, a case with only a 10 cm fan behind (from the external it was covered the fact that it was the ONLY fan present !), a 450 watt 22 A psu, and a 667 mhz 3 gb of asymmetric dual channel memory banks ...
I remained astonished, really really astonished.
I calmly went back to the shop to report the thing, and all the 3 morons inside told me that with those temps it was everything ok ?!?!?!
My blood was boiling but i resisted to smash the pc on their faces.
I sent politely all of them to another world and decided to go to another shop, apparently run by dedicated pc enthusiasts, spending a bit more than a couple of thousands of euros to fix all the problems that those morons didn't even recognize as a shit forniture.
In the end (crossing my fingers and touching something Smile ) i will end up with a very good rig with an acceptable final price of 1450 euro ...

My question is: WHY THOSE KIND OF FUCKING MORONS DON'T DO ANOTHER JOB ???
Geezzzz these things make me really angryyyy !!!
Please tell me that you too have had this kind of experience !!! Give me some morale support in that Smile Pleazzzz

that's why i always prefer to build pc myself

it takes less time and hassle than dealing later with some retards who can't tell the difference between ata and sata just by looking at it
come to think of it some years ago one of them tried to convince me that 6600gt is more powerful that 6800gt coz it has more ghz

at the end it costs same and if u have problem with certain part u just take it back for repairs instead of carrying whole friggin rig

I have built my pc up 6-7 years ago, then i had a ... ehmmm ... problem with a psu (when i assembled it i accidentally turned the voltage button ... quite an impressive and friggin' motherboard/cpu/psu show Smile ).
I then was tempted by the "easy side" of buying already assembled pc and "start" from a already finished state regarding the hardware ...
I suppose that the actual shop where i have gone, if things go wrong even with it, could be the last one, probably it's inevitable, if so i'll return to the old style putting into account that i could fry something *shrugs*

I'll eventually ask to some kind forum dude like you for help in assembling my next rig then Smile

Anyway, leaving apart the above talking, what really has impressed me in these experiences is the level of incompetence, ignorance and especially arrogance that many pc vendors have.
Take my last exp, we are talking about a BIG pc vendor here in Italy, that manufacture a pc that could finish fried in some months.
And when you tell them "hey folks maybe there is something you should be aware about that configuration that you sell widely ..." they answer you in a manner that tells you "you don't understand a fucking shit so stfu and play with your toy that everything it's ok".
I cannot imagine the average user that buys that kind of product and after some months bring it back to the vendor for an assistance ... obviously out of guarantee, usually they will say "caused by electrical over-voltage" or smt similar ...

Could i add the pc vendor or it is forbidden ?
I would like to make them the worst possible publicity.

Very well, then i'll suggest strongly to italian dudes out there (actually there are no shops outside of italy but who knows, bad things are easy to spread ...) to avoid WELLCOME shops.
Especially those in Milan Smile
Very very bad offers, they give you top of the name main components, an apparently good price, but everything else that they show you on papers or even don't mention is very very bad.
My hottest fuck off to all of this kind of morons.
Forgive me my vulgarity Smile
