While browsing through the forum today, i noticed that the explicit forum rules can only be found in the PC Games section. They are even missing in the newbie section. There is a info thread about downloading, but i think it would be a good idea to put the rules sticky also atleat in the newbie section and maybe application section.

We tell the requesters to read the rules, but they sure have to search a while to find this one sticky
this is a good idea in my opinion. maybe it will keep some requesters away. it would be cool if they had to type "i do solemnly swear never to request anything on nforce so help me god" 5 times into some sort of confirmation box before they can even sign up
