i found out over a period of time that VISTA likes to connect to the internet. I have two user profiles (one for mommy one for daddy) and if one user profile is logged off, and you log into the other one it will auto disconnect from the internet, this is due to both profiles in windows triying to connect to the same broadband connection on a network. Keep in mind that this is not a direct connection to the WWW. I am going through a LAN. EXAMPLE:

Descktop >Ethernet>Laptop>Wireless>ROUTER>ISP
anyone else notice this issue please let me know. TY
