OK, So my sister has a Dell without TV out... No fucking agp slot because Intel are faggy and use their onboard crap for cheapy computers. So... Is there any way around this? Do they make USB Video out thingies like they do for video in? Any ideas?

ATI and nVidia both make PCI cards that do TV out. They're usually in the $50-$100 range too.

If you're out of luck with internal options there's some converters that you connect to the vga connector and will show the same image on monitor and tv, like this one: http://www.trust.com/products/product.aspx?artnr=12737&show=1
Don't know how well it works, though.
