Can someone plz give me an explenation on NTSC-J ?
Can this system read NTSC USA ?
Where can i find games for this system?

Nope, unless the game is region free.
NTSC-J is Japan i think.
As far as games go, the same sources as usual.
PM LeoNatan for the usual sites.
