I have the vector maps of the whole world, but I need detail maps of my country's capital, because I need it for my studies... |
I think it's called a vector map because of the lines on it.

no, its because u can change everthing on the map, drag and drop shit, etc... . But u need a special program for that task, ArcGis, VPFView.
