Enable internet sharing on PC B, i have vista and the same setup, well just 1 PC but it works perfect.

A. I will not spend a shitload on that fuckin' wifi adapter.
B. It used to work for me as well on Vista, but it's no longer the case on XP and I can't revert to Vista right now.
Now, as for the internet connection sharing, I don't have it on the wifi connection. Perhaps because it's a dynamic piece? I'm really losing my mind over here...

I tried bridging the connections but no go.

Well, I fixed it.
I managed to enable ICS and I restored the network settings on the xbox to factory defaults.
