Anyone else sweats really fast? its only 15C outside but in doors it feel like its at least +22C

when it comes to white clothes, it leaves yellow marks under your arm and tshirt is garbage and when it comes to color/black clothes it leaves whitish marks and that tshirt is garbage also

kinda hard to see yellow spot but you get a idea

I have been trying company after company and none of them work, my mom even got me once antiperspirant for prescription and it didnt do anything either

why they cant be spring all year long with 15C-20C and no humidity?

Never happened to me. At least not with the Stiff-Transparent-Green-SpeedStick. (lol)
I never use others, because all the others itch.

I haven't sweat heavily in my entire life, not even when its 35°C outside, nor when its 35°C outside and I am cycling so you'r probably a fat fuck who ingests more fat than nutritious food. My fat percentage is 7.5% which is considered very good, fat people just sweat faster, its also determined by genes how fast and much you sweat. If your shit turns yellow thats just gross, yikes man wouldn't wanna be standing next to you in an elevator, I think I would puke, then you would have green and yellow stuff to play with:)

im in decent shape and i sweat when i workout. sweating is natural. unless your morbidly obesse

it all depends on your body. its determined by your body's predisposition to sweating.

That's definitely abnormal. Your body needs sweat to cool down under such conditions.

Nothing ignorant about it, fat fucks sweat, I don't, I weigh 70kgs and am in tip top shape, I do sweat but its only very superficial like its supposed to be, anything over and something's wrong with your diet, its as simple as that. He himself said he has yellow sweat, if thats not an indication of some fucked up shit then I don't know what it, yellow means fucking bacteria, and thats a sign of unhealthy living.

Sweating has much more to do with genetics than weight or diet.

As for the yellow sweat, it's not abnormal for some people to have colored sweat.

The amount you sweat is also dependent on your physical condition. When you're out of shape your body tends to produce more sweat in order to cool it down. I especially noticed this when I first started working out. As I became more physically fit I sweat less and less, it's most noticeable during my warm up. You're suppose to warm up to the point where you just begin sweating. It's gradually become longer and longer duration for that to happen for me.

BTW: Sweat leaving yellow stains is absolutely disgusting. My mind immediately relates that to overweight people. Probably from the imagery I've been exposed to.

Indeed, yellow means there's other stuff coming out then just plain salt and water, and that my friend is pure fat, cholesterol and other pests, hence fat fucks. So do something about it!

i have the exact same problem. I just spent £30 on a Boss Tshirt for the gym and after 2-3 wears its got yellow around the collar and under the arm pits. WTF is that? Ive never had it before :S

Perhaps something to do with diet indeed, but nothing has really changed for me in the last few years. I still eat the same stuff, and I eat healthy.. Confused

skin is mainly composed of three layers Epidermis,Dermis, and sub cutaneous tissue.

> Sweat glands originating from subcutaneous tissue are responsible for releasing sweat.

> Sweat mainly comprises water,sodium chloride(NaCl), potassium(K), urea(Nh2CONh2), bicarbonates(Hco3-), calcium(Ca), and excess amino acids.

It is important to remember that sodium chloride is nothing but common salt.

> In sweat, salt gets dissolved in water and during prespiration, the sweat containing salt passes through the pores of the shirt and shirt becomes wet.

> After sometime, water gets evapourated and the salt gets settled on the shirt.

> So whatever you see on shirt is the settled salt, and also urea and if you taste, it is salty

lower your sodium intake = salt..also pay attention to the sodium in most sauces and shit...raman noodles for example is loaded in sodium and soy sauce, etc, etc
maybe hit the steam room or sauna often to detox your body of shit..

Ok so most of these answers can be summed up with "Eat better and exercise more" which i sort of agree with.

I had a period a few years ago where i got a back-injury and had to slow down my training considerably, mostly rehab stuff, one thing led to another and bam i was 10kg's over my "normal" weight. I started working out again about a year after the accident and i was sweating like crazy, never had that much before, i sweat when i work out yes, but in fairly moderate amounts.

But anyways i was sweating to a degree which physically disturbed my training, fully soaked t-shirts after 40 minutes of weightlifting for example. This annoyed me alot, both mentally and physically so i tried a couple of deodorants etc but nothing worked, well they gave my sweat a delightful smell of citrus-fruit but thats really neither here nor there.

So finally i tried a special deodorant, only available in pharmacies, in swedish its called "Absolut Torr" (yeah i know it's hilarious that a swedish thing other than vodka is called Absolut) which translates into Absolutely Dry. That shit does total wonders, you slab it on and you literally do not sweat. At all. What it does is simply to shut the sweat glands' pores so the sweat cant get out. According to swedish pharmacies (which are all goverment controlled) it's perfectly safe but you should not do it permanently, let em air out every now and then.

For me i just used it for a month or so when i was getting back into a more normal physical state and after that my sweating also returned to normal.

So in conclusion, diet and exercise is the long term solution most likely but this product, if you can find it in your country (im sure a doctor can help you if its really disturbing), is a good temporary solution.

After discovering it i find myself using it some times when i go out during the hotter summernights and dont want to end up having pit stains at 5 in the morning Smile

I believe it is the stuff in your anti persperant that turns your arm pits yellow. I think it is the amonia. If you use Mitchim I think it is better.

Some people just sweat more also diet I think. That is why I don't eat onions.

If you use a sauna for about 20 min I think you sweat some of the toxin out of your skin and you stink less.

About the yellow marks use a cap full of bleach in your wash to keep your clothes whiter.

Im not overweight by that much. Im 6'2" and I weight 198lb...yay for beer stomach

I used to be 220lb back in the day too and, I remember sweating like crazy. Now as I said im 198lb and its better but still fucked up

Recently i join gym and run almost day for 30 minutes and work out so...only two weeks

i just hate those yellow marks on brand new white tshirt which makes me cry inside

I hate diets, I think that they are completely pointless but anyways i dont eat much salt, I prefer pepper

Gotta wait couple of months before see effects from that running and working out

EDIT : and doesn't bleach fucks up the material or something like that? easy to make holes or something
