So it was thursday and friday was my day off so I decided to have a quiet night with my gf, earlier that day I bought a bottle of bubbly(dunno the exact name, its not champagne but the cheaper version but still a very decent bottle). So all's well, my gf's on a diet so she doesn't drink and I almost emptied the entire bottle myself.
After watching a movie and nearly finishing the bottle we go upstairs and i quickly fall asleep. At about 05:30AM she wakes up and taps me, I also wake up noticing how fucking late it is. I still had to drive home cuz I don't sleep too well in a one person bed, so when I was home I snuck into my own bed and again I quickly fell asleep. Then, and I can't remember the exact time or hour, I suddenly wake up(not knowing this myself)screaming the entire appartment awake. Everyone heard me screaming?? In the afternoon I hear that I apparently screamed about 6x extremely loud(and emphasis on EXTREMELY).
I never ever ever had this in my entire life, I also never drank champagne until these last few weeks. Do you think the acidity of the grapes in champagne could have caused this.
I been looking up stuff on wikipedia and it says that red wine is made of red grapes, white wine is made of green grapes, and champagne is made from slightly more acidic green grapes.
So anyone ever had this happen. Oooh and I distinctly remember millions of ants attacking me, I think thats about the time I woke up screaming my lungs out;). And for the life of me I can't remember why it would be ants cuz I ain't scared of ants, I also didn't watch the geographic channel(but who knows what the subconscious mind picks up that you don't).

I've never had this, but I sometimes jolt awake just as I'm falling asleep. It's a horrible feeling.
Is this the first time this has happened?
Also, white wine can be made from red grapes.

I stopped smoking pot years ago, so it was only champagne I consumed, also before going to sleep I cork up my butthole, no arserapist can penetrate it(dunno if its black guy cockproof though). And I wasn't drunk, one bottle doesn't make me drunk, not even 2 bottles, so that can't be it. It may have been the tiredness of working during the day and getting up at 07:00Am that thursdaymorning and then drinking late at night so you'r supertired? And no Geordie, like I said, this is the absolute first time.

I think you just had too much to drink and got into a deep sleep. If you were doing drug or smoking pot that could be it too. I hope you didn't drink home.
Those are called black out. It is when you drink too much.

I think black out is when you forget what you did when you were drunk.

Or someone slipped something into your drink.
That happened to a good guy friend of mine. He doesn't think it was meant for him but he swears and the bartenter who is his friend swears he only had 3. They almost had to craw outta the bar.

Well I have a reoccurring act of throwing punches in my sleep. This started since early childhood and I normally have very violent dreams. I've punched wall's a window that i slept next to, and even my wife boy is she pissed when it happens. I was deathly afraid of this when she was pregnant but luckily my subconscious must have taken note because it didn't happen once the whole time.

Well lets hope it ain't a recurring act for me, and noone slipped shit in my drink, it was a quiet evening at my gf's, so nowhere near any bars or pubs. I still think its the champagne and acidity cuz normally I drink beer, champagne is something I picked up just the last 3 weeks or so cuz I like the taste:) And the bottle was 12% and 75cl, so not alot, but its the bubbles that rise so fast to your head.

Weird.
Well in the last month then i have had a lot of sleep related issues. My lower eyelid was twitching for 3 weeks and that is also a sleep / stress related thing. Now, anytime i am almost asleep or sleeping i jump an inch or 3. Great! heheheheh

I do have back pains on occasion, nothing serious, but sometimes it moves from my lower back to my shoulders and thats a bitch:)
Also, dunno if that has anything to do with it but I simply cannot lie on my back, belly or my right side, when I do I cannot fall asleep, could well be that in my boozed up state I entered sleepmode in my nono positions. When I try to sleep on those positions I either get dizzy if I try to sleep on my left side for longer than 10min or I just simply cannot fall asleep.

Did you just have a seizure whilst typing? J/k
Seriously though, it sounds like stress. You need to do something about it if its that bad. See a doctor, take a holiday, get a different job, but do something to address the cause of it.
