change your fsb?!
If you really have this divider running and your memory clocks are 1006, you have underclocked your cpu....
It should run at 9x333 - Yours is running ~314.

Download a program called CPU-Z and it will give you a better picture of what your speeds are/should be.

Just to clear better, I have 9x333 who gives me 3000Mhz. But the only way that I can set 1066 in RAM is using the dividers, not using 1:1.

You should be able to select ddr2-1065 Mhz in the dram frequency option of your bios. The bios handles the divider itself which in your case would indeed be 5:8.

Yeah, that´s right. But with the divider I lose some performance. . Should´t be 1:1?

No. The divider actually makes sure that you don't lose any performance. Because the default speed of your cpu (333 Mhz) is lower than the default speed of your ram (533 x 2 Mhz), a ratio of 1:1 would actually run your ram at lower speed than its rated speed.
