I think the guy filming was a bit of an asshole too. There is nowhere to park in New York. I have heen there. If some traffic cop was to grab a lunch then they would have to park illegally to have has a sit down break. Almost so they could bugger off real fast if something came up.
Lots of cops turn their sirens on when they go through the intersections just so they can bud in line to get somewhere faster. I always had a problem with that but now I figure they have better things to do then wait in traffic. I may not know their reasons. The pay of cops is shit so they might as well get a few perks for putting their life on the line, Just say "oh well" and let them go.
The public doesn't want to be taken advantage of but still, how and what came through the radio that we are not hearing.? Sometimes they have their reasons.

The cop is a pig. The guy is a little dim, but then again I'm smart enough to conceed that in a situation like that, I might say some silly things too (non the less? cunt? etc). I give him a FULL CREDIT for a job well done, because it takes guts to stand up to a cop, not brains. The last cop is a cretin - if you can't police the police, you'll have a police state. I'd shoot her on sight!
Remainds me of this other video, where a guy is minding his own business in his car in a parkling lot at night and a police guy starts smack talking him, but the guy is recording everything on camera. Can someone link that?

Is she parked illegal i wouldn't care. But she parked in front of a fire hydrant. She's putting everyone at risk because the firemen have a harder time reaching it (the law is made because of that right? ). So she is putting other people at risk with this dumb behavior. That is not acceptable for a police officer. Only in extreme cases they are allowed to put the public at risk.
