I'm trying to put Dark Sector on to a DVD+R DL 8.5GB, and I am using Nero 8. I can't get it to work on my 360. Can anyone give me a pointer?

Keep your writing speed low and it will be fine, absolutely no need for those overpriced named brands despite what others may say. Mirror, ininiti are fine

Use Xbox Copy. Much better. You have to put the blank disk into the drive before you can load the image.

What writer do you have? if you follow those tutorials i linked for u then you cant go far wrong.. although some 360 drives are fussy about what media you put in them so its trial and error to start until you find the perfect combination of blanks and dvd writer.

funny I posted a similar topic about following all the steps but still not getting it right Wink
http://www.nfohump.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=44769

try this program, don't forget to set your xbox's setting in the options tab (you have to do this everytime you start that program) to the right drive.

http://www.google.ca/search?q=Xbox+Backup+Creator

you should also do a stealth check on every image you burn, which can be found in the 'image tools' tab of that program.

XBC should really be added to the sticky in this forum Wink (that's you _sin_ Wink)

I have had some problems burning xbox games, but i solved them by using verbs in combination with imgburn on 2,4X speed setting. I have never had a fubar disk with that method.
