I had same problem with same card... no solutions, some games worked fine but in b/w, the ones in color were doubled...

This looks like a PAL/NTSC issue. Look at both the settings in the PS2 and the input settings on the card/tv app.

Works like a charm with DScaler.
But I have a problem, in Winfast PVR2 software i get only a black screen (sound is ok). Restarting win solves this problem but if I close PVR2 and start DScaler and close Dscaler and start PVR2 again I get a black screen.
Any ideas?
