Does anyone know why my right click options "open" and "explore" has been replaced with these random ascii characters? This only happens when right clicking my c drive. See screenshot below

My folders and cd drives have normal right click options.

maybe a virus of some sort? run a virus scan

Corrupted shell extensions..

Grab a shell extension viewer (google for just that, pretty simple, good one available as freeware) and edit/remove/delete the entries.
