well the northwestern, each deckhand eanred 40,000 dollars in one season. thats pretty good pay if you ask me.

1 season equals about 1 years worth of working hours, I wouldn't poop on £20.000 a year in the UK... you would starve.

yeah but at what cost?
there is ppl who don't do jack shit and not risking their lives and earning 5 times as much, same lawyers for example
as any other boat games so far this could be boredom

The seasons can last as little as 72 hours before they changed the rules on a per boat quota. |

Exactly and remember this IS NOT a full time job...
Its not like they work 3-4 days and then sit on their asses the rest of the year (well maybe some of them do)..
You could say its a bonus worth 1 year of pay earned in less than a week...
THAT is pretty damn good if u ask me...

On topic, anyone actually play this yet? I haven't watched the show before, but is it just crab fishing? So no rod and reel?

I watch the show and its interesting. Cant imagine the game being much fun tho. Unless you can throw ppl off the boat and let the crabs eat em. Then it might be fun

In the show its just crab fishing atleast, so no "normally fishing"..
Would be cool to see if someone has a minireview to offer soon though...
