Next week i'll be getting a new phone for free, but right now it's locked to an operator different than mine. I know you can unlock it to accept my operators SIM-card, but not sure how to do it. So i just wanna know if anyone here could tell me if i can do it myelf, what software i need or any guide out there that shows exactly how to do it. Oh, and its a SE k810i. Watercooled 5950X \| AORUS Master X570 \| Asus RTX 3090 TUF Gaming OC \| 64Gb RAM \| 1Tb 970 Evo Plus + 2Tb 660p \| etc etc

It's quite easy. You just apply a small patch with XS++, SeTool2Lite or similiar software. Tho afair it requires You to reflash phone aswel. You will find plenty of guides on that, look for k810 simlock patch.

First u identify CID(was it CID?), 52 or 53 with XS++, then u put the patch and one of the firmwares, which depends on your region:

there is a place where you can download the factory firmware (unlocked) along with the flashing utility. they charge like 7 euros ...
