I've been thinking of buying a flashed/modded PSP (m33 firmware) to use when im travelling or similar. Will be travelling a little bit this summer, and i hate trains and get bored pretty quickly.

The good thing about the PSP is the versatility - i can watch movies, listen to music and play games. The major drawback is the memory, even if i have two 4 gig memory sticks, a few movies and a couple of tv-episodes will fill that space up in no time..

So what about an iPod Video? Lots and lots of space but then again - no games or anything like that.. nothing that you really wanna play anyway.

So is there any alternative that i have missed or forgotten about? What do all of you use?

And no, no laptop - too big and clumsy, plus they are a bit more expensive than a PSP/iPod video.

My solution for PSP is MS DuoPro-MicroSD adapter and two 8gb microSD cards. That is because I still play some old PSX stuff (which Ipod can't) + a lot of movies on the go.
