Hi,

Last night I played a SVCD using VLC-player. The movie played well in the right format and it looked good. So I burned the SVCD using toast. But when I played the disc in my dvd player, the screen did not appear correct on my television. A small part of the left screen was shown on the right side of the screen. Actually it was a sort of a split screen.

Anyone has a clue what happened?

Some extra info:
Powerbook Titanium G4 550 mhz
MacOs 10.3.5
Toast Titanium 6.0

The movie was in the cue/bin format.
Actually it was a SKVCD.

well maybe your dvd player has problems with this strange format.

what dvd player you got?

jesus christ was a gangsta rapper. they killed him. he came back and made a platinum album.

My first guess would be that your playing a PAL SVCD on an NTSC only player. Other SVCD's play OK?
