What about PlayStation games on PC? A whole slate of them is on the way starting with Days Gone this spring
“We find ourselves now in early 2021 with our development studios and the games that they make in better shape than they’ve ever been before,” Ryan said. “Particularly from the latter half of the PS4 cycle our studios made some wonderful, great games. There’s an opportunity to expose those great games to a wider audience and recognize the economics of game development, which are not always straightforward. The cost of making games goes up with each cycle, as the caliber of the IP has improved. Also, our ease of making it available to non-console owners has grown. So it’s a fairly straightforward decision for us to make.”
Horizon Zero Dawn on PC in August last year. How did that go?
We assessed the exercise in two ways. Firstly, in terms of the straightforward success of the activity of publishing the game on PC, people liked it and they bought it. We also looked at it through the lens of what the PlayStation community thought about it. There was no massive adverse reaction to it. So we will continue to take mission steps in this direction
Nice! I also liked the game, would have got it on PC but now it has 60fps mode on PS5 then i will replay the console version again. The game is real fun and tho i hate that you need fuel to drive the bike.. later on when you upgrade your bike it's not an issue. Hordes are lot of fun and combat is good, most players i read didn't like the story and characters but i liked it as well.
I would play it again with better FPS.. it's not incredible but it will be worth playing if 60 FPS imo. I think the graphics are really great in this game, they really get stuff like trees right (yes, important to me ). The characters and story can be pretty cringe to say the least.
I absolutely loved Days Gone. This was easily GOTY for me in 2019.
Sure it had it's issues but it kept me playing every night until I finished it. And that doesn't happen with me very often. Up there with The Last Of Us for me.

On a more serious note, it's always good news when there are less silly exclusives around. It was a matter of time before even the stubborn Sonybots realized that the PC market is too important to be ignored, let's hope for some decent porting jobs possibly not done by potato interns
PC features include ultra-wide monitor support, unlocked framerates and improved graphics (increased level of details, field of view, foliage draw distances).
I bought it for ps4 a year ago, still haven't played it after seeing countless posts about shit performance oh well, one less reason to buy a PS5 I guess
This game surprised me. Especially because it's an open-world game.
I've played it after the performance fixes so I didn't have to suffer through the first version of the game.
Driving the motorcycle around was really enjoyable and as much as I hate gamepads for shooting, I don't see myself enjoying the driving sections with the keyboard.
