Just had a minor falling out with my girl cuz I forgot her birthday:ROFL: We only know each other 4 weeks damnit, I can't be arsed to remember every little date and stuff she tells me, she once mentioned it fleetingly and didn't even emphasize it:( Now this shit kinda blew up in my face, we spoke it through now and she isn't mad or anything but for a second there I thought I blew it.
As far as my birthdays are concerned, I don't give a flipping fuck, its a date like any other to me, I don't do anything other than I would do on any other day, for girls this is attention time apparently hahaha.

be smart, my gfs birthday is 18th of february i think. So when X-mas comes, i give her a big present and tell her it is for Xmas, newyear, valentine and birthday, saves a lot of trouble.
You cannot forget to buy a present, because you already gave something, only have to write a card or say happy bday, happy valentine or take her out for a diner
And when she says 'you forgot', you can say 'i wanted to surprise you'... Going out for a dinner requieres no preparation

you'd see what I did for her, that little attention is something she will be receiving tomorrow, cuz I put it in the mail today. Its a way of saying thnx for who she is and how she makes me feel. I work in IT man, I see so many numbers and figures and shit each and every day that I sometimes forget the minor important details. She only mentioned it once when we first met, think it was the 4th or 5th day or something, how on earth could I have remembered this. Its like girls think guys immediately bookmark this, back when I first started to get to know her, how was I supposed to know it was gonna click so well between us???
So am I an asshole, I don't think so, she will know I ain't if she opens that package.

You know Pfiemelcheese, you not caring about birthdays is fine and dandy when you are refering to you own. But that doesn't mean it should be devaluing her thoughts about her birthday.
Being together means sharing, and while you may not particularily give a rats ass about her birthday, she obviously does. it's all about doing things together, bringing eachother closer.
Read not to contradict and confute, nor to believe and take for granted, but to weigh and consider.

Bloody hell mate get rid of her she sounds like a spoilt selfish brat!.. So what you forgot her birthday.. if she was a little kid then i could understand it but (I assume) she is in her 20's ? therefore supposedly adult. Time to get rid and get yourself someone less self centred and shallow.

Nah, can't get rid of her, if its just one day I have to endure, she already said it was an important day to her, so yeah if I don't give a fuck about mine,shouldn't mean that she won't care about it.
We'll see how it develops eh, we are talking about women here, they even care about valentine's day and shit like that:LOL:
PS : she's turning 26:) And this date has yet to happen, I just forgot about her having this upcoming birthday, but its the same thing.

Well its kinda like the same as forgetting:LOL: Cuz if the 21st would have happened, I would have just let it pass like any other day hahaha. So yeah she gave me flak about that, but she's not mad or anything, more dissapointed I guess heheheh.
