I've got this release for a long time and I'm moving to AMD Athlon 64 series soon. Is this a good release? Can anyone confirm?

Does this have SP1/SP2 included?

Does it work with a retail Windows XP serial number?

Should I just install the normal Windows XP?

Thanks.

as far as i know windows 64 is still in the beta testing stages, plus youd have to dig around to find 64bit drivers. i would not recommend installing it as yer primary operating system.

normal windows xp works fine ( i have a amd64 cpu).

When exactly did a 64bit version of 2000 come out??

Also, SP1 and SP2 wont be avalible because they have not been made for XP64, it isnt even out dude, how the hell are they going to create service packs?!

Install yourself a 64bit capable linux distro, and feel the fun Smile!

Its fairly inherent in the threads topic, the guy is asking about a 64bit OS, so telling him to install 2k is a little mad Razz!

No offence intended, and 2k is pretty good. But still.. Razz
