I never believed the story about cheese making you have weird dreams or shit, until now. I very rarely eat cheese but tonight I had some and I've had nightmares all night. And i've been sleep walking, coz stuff in my room isnt where I left it, such as my computer chair cushion, which i was laid on when I woke up.
Eating a nice plate of cheese before bed makes me sleep nice and soundly man. Some cheese, a little deli (not to much or I will get heart burn) and a piece of bread, perfect.
But usually, I'll have a plate of marble cheese before bed (when I have cheese, dont have any now ) and I sleep pretty good...for me anyway. I dont sleep well as it is
Food has never effected my dreams... Also you shouldn't base it off of the first experience there is always a chance that you had bad dreams with out the influence of cheese. Which sounds bogus to me anyways. Try it again and see if it happens again.

It is indian food, Soo good.
You fry up onions and chicken breasts. Any kind of meat really. You boil a bunch of pototoes and throw the onions and chicken into the potato pot with vindaloo seasoning. You buy it at any supermarket usually in the ethnic section. So it is kinda like a spicy indian dish stew. You then dumb it on basmati rice. It is a hardy meal, I make a bunch and freese it so lazy days.
I don't eat cheese before bed. I heard heavy meals make you sleep bad too.

They do have some good booze tho. My parents used to live beside this indian couple, nice people. And the guy would get home made...wine I think, shipped from India and i swear, its the best drink ive ever tasted. It tasted like sweet vanilla but one glass of it and you were tanked. Great shit. Wish I knew the name of it so I could find it here where I live now. My city is full of Indians and Pakistani's who home make alot of stuff. They cook their shit in the garage so you can smell it right.
Think its just a coincedence, there's good kinda cheese and bad kinda cheese, and if you only eat the smegma kind then you'r up for bad dreams:) Reminds me of that one scene in 'Harold and Kumar escape from Guantanemo Bay' where there's this guy called Big Bob, he says, ya boys ready for some cockmeat sandwhich and pulls down his pants. Maybe because I cook a lot of indian food and middle eastern foods but I like the smell for the most part. The only smell I don't like is frying onions. Sometimes in the morning it is really strong. There is this other mix, I forgot the name but it is onion, ginger and garlic. That is strong and it sticks your clothes. Those are the 2 smelly things I think.
I love the butter chickens, roti, vindaloo's, pagota. I home make those too.
There is a mind altering drink I forgot what it is called. Maybe that was it. I know they drink it in figi. I think it is the same drink from the movie The Rock did "The Rundown" It is a mild version tho and you can buy it.
Im not sure whats in it, but like the way its made in the Caribbean and such. Jamaican style. Its extremely hot and comes with...whats that bread called....ummm, coco bread I think its called. Its this really big piece of bread you put the roti inside and oh man, its fuckin heaven. There's a place near my house and every couple of days my friend and I go tho and for 4 bucks you can get 2 of em with coco bread and a drink and damn...they are just so good.
Like i said tho, I dunno whats in it besides beef and hot spices. Im not much of a cook and I dont really like knowing whats in my food.
When I found out how McDonalds makes their meat for their hamburgers, I stopped eating McDonalds. Nasty fuckin shit you know?
