I hate the weather changes, esp rain. Whenever it rains or gets really cold I always notice my bones start to hurt. I have had this since I was a kid. My ankles and my knees are the worse but as I get older I notice my wrists start to throb too. Asprin doesn't really work. The only thing I thinks helps is a really hot bath. I had a hot bath and it still friggen hurts Sad

It rains a lot here. It is a rainforest.

I had kidney disease as a kid and I was so heavy medication for it. The medication weakens bones and it did something to the fat that makes up part of the structure of your organs. So it probably is arthritis-like condition. Wasn't suppost to grow either but I did. 5',4" Can't complain. When I was younger I was told it would go away but it never did. Nothing I can do except bitch about it on a internet forum.

I broke my arm every summer as a kid and I could never go swimming. Falling outta a tree, skating, slipping. You name it, I did it. I am at 8 or nine right now I think. 3 yrs ago I re-broke the same spot 2 times in 3 weeks. I didn't know I broke it but I went to get x-rays 1 week after and I got hit by some drunk bum on a bike. Landed in a pile of long grass. Lucky I didn't fall on some dirty needle or used condom. Re-broke the arm when it had started healing.

Is this part of the reason you exercise so vigorously?

Not really. I do that because I enjoy it and I don't want to end up huge. I have heard that it is good for bones. I don't exercise quite like before. I was told I had to cut it back a bit so I have. I don't have old ladies putting packages of cookies in my cart at the grocery store anymore. LOL
