hi,mate

thanks for your super fast shipping.

however, I just got a problem here.

The top is incredible amazing, and thats the one I wana. But the size looks like smaller than normal size.

When I put it on, it fit my chest and arm good but the length is too short to cover my waist. It make me looks like more than a girl style. Can you image that?

Im truely sorry for that, but maybe we can return and refund?Im really like this top,but the size is too small for me.

Everything still the same condition as you sent to me, even the tag.

Look forward your reply

cheers

A message about the item I sold to him. So basically, hes saying he loves the item, nothing is wrong wth it but it fits him a little short. So he wants his money back. Am I in the right by telling him to fuck off? the size was state in the listing.

Sadly ebay is a place where feedback can make anyone a bully.. If you put the correct size of the item and listed it with accuracy and honesty then you deserve the money and besides you will lose money in the end. So now you have hit a bad spot to be in. You could either not refund the money and no doubt get a bad feedback or you can refund it and lose money. Either way is bullshit and hurts you.

A bit off topic but does anyone else hate the feedback system on Ebay? I find myself reading page after page of feedback on sellers before I buy something from them always aiming to find the negatives and see if theres a pattern that would clearly show the seller to be at fault and basically fucks people time to time on purpose. With every seller that does this I notice that they always leave bad feedback to the buyer even though it was clearly the sellers fault. They also always tend to leave some lame comment that never really explains why they left bad feedback while the buyer left feedback with details on why. Sorry just had to vent that Smile

i am sorry to say but maybe you should learn to read. he is obviously asking you for a
favor which you can just reject. he's not stating to have the right to get refund.

i actually think he's quite polite.

which is why I replied with the following.. :

Quote:
Just done a check on the other top I have in the same style; the size is indeed supposed to be as short as so. The top is intended for 'layering' apparently, (supposed to be worn with a contrasting garment underneath which exceeds the length of the top)

I honestly suggest you just relist the item with a reserve to make your money back. It is the third top of such genre ive sold on ebay, they sell like hot cakes, you will definitly make your money back easily.

Im really sorry that you are unhappy with the top but I did state the sizing in the listing and in the questions/answers at the bottom I provided further information on it.

By no means am I being ignorant etc, I genuinely am dissapointed to say the least that it doesnt fit. As I only wore it once (or twice if you count taking pics, lol) I can only say it fit me perfectly.

Were not talking about some 10$ shirt here. Its a very very rare designer top with an RRP of #
£150. He clearly knew about sizing because in his feedback he has several of the same kind of items and a few from the same designer so he should know the sizing and measurements.

Well since you clearly mentioned the size in your description, it's up to you, basically. You'll get some Paragon points for returning the money, or be a renegade and brush him off. Razz

ed hardy? Rolling Eyes I said designer, not brand. I wouldnt be caught dead wearing something like this :

Laughing There is a difference between designer clothes and branded clothes. The most obvious being they dont stamp huge logo's and trademarks over everything, and are made with better materials and quality.

I agree with Dazz. Stuff happens, you know, maybe he didn't see the size etc. It doesn't matter. You as a seller ought to provide a return policy whatever the reason is, if the item is in good shape, which it clearly is.

Na he was trying to be crafty. Just let it go 'cause I clamped him by asking why he didnt return another of the same top to another seller Laughing ... He didnt reply, gave me a positive feedback and that was the end of it "top seller! recommended A++"

Just seems to me like another -10 feedback scammer/fraudster wannabe... but oh well, I get to keep my money and feedback rating. Just shows how crafty some people try to be.. I bet he was planning on sending back a fake or something.

uhh no... If he was a scammer he would have with out a doubt left bad feedback. He would have most likely also sent a dispute through paypal claiming the item was not described or some other BS reason. Your money would be instantly put on hold until paypal "investigates " which 99% of the time paypal tells you he has to return the item and they tell him to provide a tracking # to "prove" its been shipped. Of course once he provides the tracking number and once paypal verifies that its indeed heading to you they rip the money out of your account and place it in his. Of course you would be receiving anything but the item you sold him.

I thought it was really shitty. Looks like they've made a raid at their local tattoo studio and just ripped the oldest and shittiest tattoo flash art they could find.

Bought only one t-shirt over ebay and it was to small of course(it's from Thailand smaller people maybe) but I never bitched about it, I will give it to someone and will order myself an L size this time, serves me right for not paying enough attention to chest size I say!

I think he is asking in a nice polite way.

The sizes are always fucked up and you can't go by them at least in my country.

If I was you I would refund because he might buy again and service is important.

I would also measure from top to bottom and mention the length of item, and also across the shoulder. And if it shinks a bit in the wash. I am not sure if you have already done that.

Maybe he does has point tho, the item could weird short.

ed hardy? was that what you sold him, that shirt in the picture.

I would never buy clothes of off the internet because I can't try it on or feel the material. Some do tho because of the price. Less mark up I think

I totally agree with that last thing you said pistol. There is always that what if... I like to go to store, there you can check out if the thing you like fits you, if it has some defects or such...

I dit NOT sell him ed hardy.

I sold him a ghost hoody by Unconditional. Its RRP was £150 and he got it for £40 off of me with tags still attached, he got a bargain and he should have fucked off with it quietly instead of trying to pull a fast one. I caught him out and he left it.

Yea, but from my point of view you still have to say how he pulled a fast one. He wasn't happy, period. (maybe he is even a nut job I don't know) He asked if he could return it.

By that picture it looked like he didn't like length of his. (which is style I guess). Maybe he is looking for something over the top, almost tacky by our standards.

If you wanna open a ebay shop that is the type of people you have to put up with, at least this one was polite. An open door, you may be able to solve his problem and even sell him more in the long run.
