I took a driving lesson today. I really enjoyed it.. I need to keep paying for lessons and the only way to do so is with a job; which I currently hate. (80$ for 2 hours a week)

Ive been handing out CV's and looking for new work for ages but nothing is working Confused

Anyone have any tips or ideas that employers will see out of the ordinary to get me that chance I need to leave the shitty unsatisfying job I have now? my boss winds me up so bad that I cant take it any more.. and the customers are even worse.

I cant stand seeing such blatant retarded-ness so regularly when people drink. It is driving me insane. I can't take the jokes, the abuse I get as a bar man sometimes for doing my job and not bending the rules with free drinks and what not. Im also taking a break from my freelance illustration/design work. The clients are drying up at the moment and Im too pissed off lately to hunt new ones down. It is too time consuming of current.

arg.. I post so many times in the bitching session, I guess I really was the biggest bitcher when SpykeZ made that poll ages ago. Sad

Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaw Dazz, BAAAAAAAAAW.

Arrow new job my way plz

Very true. But too much education = possibly health issues. I don't that that chance Very Happy You live once... I don't want to waste any more time on school.

My cosin is 24 and have never had a fulltime job.. he is going all the way, for "master grade". I could never do that :\

And starting your own business is a hell of a lot paperwork here Sad

I want a decent IT job; support, drift, infrastructure, servers...

I was gonna say! I thought you were saying that it was a good place to get a job. But yeah, Grimsby is a bad place, it's run down, attracts very little new business. It's like a throwback to conservative Britain that place.

I'd advise that you get outta there Kaeye.

given money/job/half a chance I would mate. Soon as I get those things I am gone. I think York or somewhere close is the place for me.

I moved from Louth to Nottingham (with parents) and I recently moved to Leeds. It's such a nice place, and I think you will be shocked living in a place that is actually a pleasure to be in.

If there are no jobs, there are no jobs. You could print off a whole wach of CV's and had them out randomly at all the business.
