has anyone given this a go yet? I tried Live and I like it, but I've always liked 2k better. The question is, it is better still? Any thoughts?

Played the demo, to summarize it's the best basketball game ever makes nba 2k8 look like a kiddies game, improvements are to numerous to name simply the most realistic basketball game ever, they are going bonkers on OS just from playing the demo. I'm buying my copy oh and live is same old crap, flashy from the outside but the gameplay has very little to do with basketball complete opposite from 2k which is something really special this year.

Great game, really not too much to be said, it amazes me how each 2K lasts me a year from one 2K to another...and it never manages to get old.

It is a really good game. One thing that really bothers me, though: frame rate issues. Especially if it slows down during a fast break, or as you are taking a shot. But, they have improved this year's title a lot.
