Only game that I have any troubles with.

Textures look exactly like this:

I don't get those wierd looking triangle things. Just the garbled up surface textures that look like TV static.

Anyone else had this problem?

Doesn't have to be. A friend of mine had texture bugs in lots of games because of his DVD brand

Typically CPU/GPU related. I've had these problems in the past on the PC with overheating, overclocking and a dodgy graphics card. Of course, it might be any number of things but as a PC user that's the first thing that crossed my mind.

...I'm venturing out of my depth (not difficult Wink) but perhaps bad media might influence this by making reading difficult and therefore streaming the textures problematic? Dunno.

I'm thinking (hoping) the GPU isn't dying. i can play any other game on it and it has no problems. I will see if it clears up when we are able to actually dump the game to the hard drive. I keep forgetting the thing is streaming it off the DVD, i guess it very well could be a bad burn. But, I am not going to waste another disk on it.

It is flashed by the way.

It could, but the artifacts in the center of the screen would seem to indicate your first theory.

I'm not getting those... just the TV Static looking weird textures on certain things.
