Forget about the Ace mega pack, you should uninstall it. Do ONLY install XviD-codec (Koepi's binary, latest release), AC3filter 0.70b and optionally ffdshow (but it is not necessarily required).
Then go into the "Configuration" of ffdshow and select in "Codecs" (first line), format "XviD" -> "disabled".
Now there shouldnt be any green or choppy/jittering movies. If it's still the case, then do a system restart for sure. Now it absolutely has to work.
